NHL Draft Lottery Simulator 6.0; My Least Favorite Yet!! I Did Do It "Survivor Style"

According to http://nhllotterysimulator.com/, I run a simulation of how the draft lottery is. Remember for the first time ever, the draft lottery includes the top-3 picks so Toronto, who finished dead last, can draft as low as fourth as you can now drop three spots.

Here is the draft order from 1-14 from worst to the highest team not in the playoffs (Boston) and the odds of the number one overall pick as well as second and third written right next to them

1. Toronto (20%, 22.099%, 22.346%)
2. Edmonton (13.5%, 16.875%, 18.367%)
3. Vancouver (11.5%, 14.375%, 15.646%)
4. Columbus (9.5%, 11.875%, 12.925%)
5. Calgary (8.5%, 10.625%, 11.565%)
6. Winnipeg (7.5%, 9.375%, 10.204%)
7. Arizona (6.5%, 8.125%, 7.263%)
8. Buffalo (6%, 7.5%, 8.163%)
9, Montreal (5%, 6.25%, 6.803%)
10. Colorado (3.5%, 4.375%, 4.762%)
11. New Jersey (3%, 3.75%, 4.082%)
12. Ottawa (2.5%, 3.125%, 3.401%)
13. Carolina (2%, 2.5%, 2.721%)
14. Boston (1%, 1.25%, 1.361%)

The lottery will be different as I call it "Survivor Style." I will call groups of random teams and tell them they are either safe or eliminated. There will be 6 teams who are finalists for the final three spots. Three teams will be eliminated, while the other three will be safe and they will be in the top-3. Without further ado, here is the 2016 NHL Draft Lottery Survivor Style.

I would like to call Colorado, Arizona, Toronto, and Calgary to the podium. Toronto, you are safe. Colorado, you are eliminated. Calgary, you are eliminated, meaning Arizona is safe.

I would next like to call Ottawa, Vancouver, Buffalo, and Winnipeg. Buffalo, thank you so much for hosting this year's NHL Draft and you are safe. Winnipeg, you are eliminated. Ottawa, you are safe, which means Vancouver is eliminated.

I would next like to call Edmonton, New Jersey, and Montreal. Edmonton, you are eliminated. New Jersey, I hate to say this, but Montreal is eliminated and New Jersey you are safe.

I would last like to call Boston, Columbus, and Carolina. Carolina, you are eliminated. Columbus, you will move on as Boston is eliminated.

Here is the final six teams: Toronto, Arizona, Buffalo, Ottawa, New Jersey, and Columbus.

New Jersey, you are safe and you will be in the top-3. Ottawa and Arizona, you are eliminated. It is now between Toronto, Buffalo, and Columbus. Columbus is safe and advances. Toronto and Buffalo are left and the final team to advance to the top-3 is Toronto.

The third pick of the 2016 NHL Draft belongs to.......the Columbus Blue Jackets. The second pick of the 2016 NHL Draft belongs to......the Toronto Maple Leafs, which means the New Jersey Devils are the winner of the 2016 NHL Draft Lottery and Auston Matthews will go to the most boring team on earth, but they need him badly. Try and get some sleep folks because this really sucked!!

They will take Auston Matthews. Good night Ladies and Gentlemen!!
